Role
You will start as a Trainee Software Consultant. Simbus will provide extensive training on Cordys, a visionary BPM product. After the initial training period of 6 months, you will have the opportunity to work on path breaking BPM projects with global clients as a software consultant.  The job of the Consultant to work closely with Solution/Technical Architect and Project Manager in conceptualizing, designing, implementing, testing and delivery of solutions to customers on time with right quality.
 
You are
·        Willing to work under challenging environment  and meet project delivery timelines  and quality
·        Having an aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting
·        Willing to work in any geographic location globally
·        Willing to work as part of a team harmoniously.
 
You have
·        Educational qualification  of MCA / M. Sc (IT)/MS IT, B.E / B. Tech (CSE/IT/ECE/ EEE)
·        2010 pass out
·        Score of 70% and above consistently in X,XII and UG or PG
·        Basic programming Skills in any of the following : Java/J2EE, Java Script, (D)HTML
·        Exposure to any of the following Database skills: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc…
·        Basic awareness and understanding of Web Servers and Application Servers

Compensation and Benefits:
Total CTC: Rs 3, 75,000 per annum, inclusive of Rs 1, 00,000 performance bonus paid in two instalments
Simbus offers attractive package for trainees.  Selected Trainees start at a compensation of Rs 3.75 lakhs pa (CTC), which includes a performance bonus of Rs 1 lakh, which is paid in 2 instalments, one after 6 months of joining and one after 12 months of joining, subject to the candidates meeting the clear and transparent performance objectives given to them at the start.  The training period is for a period of 6 months after which candidates who have successfully cleared the training program will be placed as Software Consultants. The company believes in a win-win partnership and will handhold the candidates during the training period with the objective of ensuring a 100% pass rate.
