Job Description:-
Electrical Engineers
With 2 to 3 years experience for the location at Mohali (Immediate)

Direct Institutional sales of Industrial products preferably in Power/Boiler Industry
Must have good communication skills and should be fluent in spoken and written english communication.
Candidates with Boilers or relevant sales experience will be preferred.
Co-coordinating with design, manufacturing and purchase within the company

Experience: - 3 to 15 years
Education Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Engineering
Vacancy - AM/ DM/ Manager - Marketing
- Engineer Marketing/ Sr. Engineer Marketing

Work Ex -
a) AM/ DM - 5-7 yrs relevant hands on exp in Marketing & Sales, preferably from the "Boiler Industry"
b) Manager - 8-12 yrs relevant hands on exp in Marketing & Sales, preferably from the "Boiler Industry"
c) Engineers Marketing:
i) Fresh Grads/ Post-Grads - Mechanical Engineers & MBA/ PGDBM in Marketing &
ii) 1-2 yrs relevant hands on exp in Marketing & Sales, preferably from the "Boiler Industry"

d) Sr. Engineer Marketing:
i) 2-4 yrs relevant hands on exp in Marketing & Sales, preferably from the "Boiler Industry"

Mandatory Work exp:
1. Capital Equipment Sales (for all levels excluding fresh grads/ PG's)


Desirable Work exp:
1. Marketing/ sales in "Boilers"

Skill-Sets:
1. Good Comm Skills.
2. Ppl Mgt exp for DM/ Manager & above (case-to-case basis).
3. MS office

Academic Qualification:
Mechanical Engineering - Graduate Level - Mandatory
PGDBM/ MBA in Marketing - Post Graduate level - Mandatory - fresh candidates ;
Preferable - AM and above
